Project flow
Working with Izek Soft is a very straight forward process. You simply tell us your needs and expectations. Izek have two resident software architects and one business analyst who will learn as much as possible about your requirements in this phase.
(RFP) Request for proposal phase
The team will help you create a structured Request for Proposal. Based on the findings from the introduction phase,they will ask some final questions, offer you more ideas and then help you formalize your requirements into project documentation.
This phase involves writing a proposal that outlines the business requirements of the system so they are easy for you to study and evaluate.If we are both happy at this point we progress to the Development phase.
All of the coding, development, and testing is performed in this phase. The team work in the background on the coding at this point, keeping you updated at regular intervals.
This phase is where we Deliver 100% of the work and deliverables to the customer and product installation, where necessary.
